Diversity is a great way to stay open and stay fresh to new ideas, he said, adding that many ideas at Tech Food Ingredients Sdn Bhd comes from the diversity
among backgrounds, hobbies and opinions of its employees. Appreciating the importance of employee’s feedback, he gets to interact with employees on a daily basis.

People have one of two mindsets: scarcity thinking and best of-class thinking, MK explains. Too many people operate through fear and scarcity, says MK. However, successful people do not think that way, he says ‘The world-class operates through more of a love and abundance mentality,
so they are seeing the opportunities. They are looking for the opportunities; they believe they can succeed in the opportunities, where the rest are sort of in that fear and scarcity mindset and trying to survive.’

According to Goh Ming Kang, Tech Food produces fruit preparations that are made up to 80% of fruits of the finest quality. The fruits used in Tech Food are not only selected based on their good taste and freshness, but also the specific fruit origins and varieties. The fruit preparations are rich and natural in taste that integrates well with cakes, ice cream, pastries, beverages and etc. MK further added that all the products are custom made with guaranteed products stability, bake-stable, frozen and thaw stable in order to preserve the quality of the products.

MK imparts guidance to his team frequently, ‘We all have dreams, hopes, and wishes. There is this one thing that we want to accomplish, acquire and attain. Still, most of us never get to this point, especially if what we desire is beyond average, something great, something outstanding.’
