Future Direction
To further differentiate itself in the market, Infobip is therefore extending its services from A2P communication to Contact Center as a Service, enabling person to person (P2P) communication through a full-stack customer engagement center. This unified, customer experience solution will help its clients follow their end users’ ever-growing demands in customer care and respond via conversational messaging. Additionally, Infobip is offering new channel partnership models to mobile network operators (both as an infrastructure carrier and a technology and expert partner), system integrators (for large brands already using the consultancy, professional services and platform solutions) as well as new features such as marketing automation, CRM, and e-commerce, as part of its Platform partnership program.
Infobip’s strategy of expansion into new communication channels includes partnerships with messaging applications like WhatsApp, Line, KaKaoTalk. The company is also expanding its voice offering to multichannel WebRTC, and offering new channels to business customers, such as self-service functions, enabling business customers to test and use Infobip services in a way that is easy and scalable based on their own needs.
