Introduction
FREEMEN Education is an international marketing and training provider. The Company is backed by a team of investors, business owners and coaches with one common goal- Change and Impact lives.
They started from humble beginnings, with a few of them Michael Tan, Sandeep, Magdeline Lim, Jenny, Axylene and Adrian Chen. With little or no money in their pockets, they decided to start an education company. It was something that was not normal at that time.
They decided to take that risk and move their entire business from mortgage planning into property investment and education to support and build a community, not just in Malaysia, but around the world.
Corporate Culture
When FREEMEN Education was started, it was decided that it will not be a boring corporate style. The team believed in empowering individuals to achieve greater things in life. And part of that empowerment style was basically stemmed from their core values:
Dare to Dream Big – People are encouraged to dream as far as their minds are allowed to; hey, it’s always the ones with crazy ideas that change the world!
Be Results Oriented – A dream is just only a dream until it is acted on. The team aspires to be the best they can be in anything and everything that they do because taking OWNERSHIP and being ACCOUNTABLE and RESPONSIBLE bring the results. This is preached not only in office culture but also in FREEMEN’s programmes.
People Oriented – While the team strives to achieve the best results, it is also important that people growth and nurturing is also a focus to developing talents and creativity and personal satisfaction. When dealing with customers and/or business partners and/or community members, the person’s best interest is always kept in mind and at heart. Thus, interaction and services for the people is always the priority.
Strive for Excellence – NOKIA”s story of how it no longer became a giant in the tech mobile industry always reminds the team of the importance of innovation and continuing to grow. The team strives to always be a better version of themselves as it is deep in our hearts that if one does not learn anything new, one does not grow which simply also means, no growth equals to a dying entity.

FREEMEN’s signature programmes include the renowned “Get Started in Property Stacking With No Money Down” and “Business Mastery Intensive programme”. It has become a common name in the property and business education industry. Not only that, but their trainers also share their knowledge and experiences in publications such as StarProperty.my, the Sun Daily, Property Insight Magazines, the New Straits Times, iProperty exhibitions, and Malay Mail among the many others.
Because of their high success rate in the last nine years, the “No Money Down” programme has made its way overseas to countries like Cambodia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand, with 10 companies and growing.
FREEMEN has helped people from all walks of lives and age groups to not only grow their wealth but to also be empowered to do greater things in life that they have always dreamed of. The Company has also enabled people to achieve outstanding results in their careers and personal growth, and even helped built businesses stemmed from the people’s passion.
They have bagged several prestigious awards including the 100th Most Influential Young Entrepreneur 2017 as well as the Grandeur International Business Award 2017/2018. Best Selling Book “How to be Financially Free Through Property Investment’’ by Michael Tan was sold out in MPH book store nationwide within the first month of its launch.
Future Direction
Moving forward, FREEMEN will continue to reach greater heights in property education, paving a way to bring humanity together to create a better world. In the pipeline, the Company intends to revolutionise the education syllabus by equipping the skills and knowledge on how to grow and manage wealth, how to instill personal growth and how to bring humanity back where everyone helps one another for the greater good. FREEMEN will also continue to build businesses that will add more value to the world and bring about the most impact in people’s lives.
