A self-made entrepreneur though humbler yet is Joe P the Chief Executive Officer of TrueLifesciences Holdings, whose care and value for quality of life holds true to the principle that ‘Everyone should be given a Greater access to Better Health’.
His humble beginnings through the rugged & ranks to that of a self-fulfilled entrepreneur sparked from his notion that the true fruition of success can only be relished when one is autonomous of one’s wealth and wellbeing as equal.
The awareness that numerous wealthy individuals who have accrued wealth and success in corporations are generally left in poorer health. An example of this is the late Steve Jobs the Co-Founder of Apple Inc who diligently churned an intellectually brilliant product but was not privileged to live to witness the momentous achievement of a company which he setup from his garage to its worth at USD 1 Trillion.
Wanting to provide a natural and safe health solution for his family members and close circle of friends, Joe P spent much of his time learning about the health and wellness discoveries, properties of various ingredients researchers around the world have uncovered, attending forums by field experts on natural remedy and to even trying things out by himself the formulation, so to personally experience the effects and efficacy before bringing it to the market and introducing to his friends who needed access to the latest innovation of nutraceuticals.
He realized that the greater one’s knowledge towards health, the lower one’s likelihood of disease and premature death. Malaysians in general are not well informed of natural supplements thus lending importance to the understanding on how and why Nutraceutical is the best solution to greater health especially for those who are dependent on medication, ignorantly ingesting without truly understanding its detriments over time.
Joe P’s growing passion in health education has paved the way of the numerous informative sessions, training and activities organized for community pharmacies so to help them to effectively link the patient’s health concerns and their needs. It was not easy to introduce products that were extracted from natural ingredients despite having valid clinical studies to prove its effectiveness but with perseverance and testimonies from consumers, TrueLifesciences Holdings has withstood the test of time of six (6) caring and dedicated years. The many lives that were touched through the care and commitment of community pharmacies makes it all worth it.
Joe P is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of TrueLifesciences Holdings, a conglomerate of notable nutraceuticals categorized having a few trademark formulations which has shown positive and effective results to treat diseases which was once understood as a live long illness are now being reversed.
As Chief Executive Officer, his goals include educating the community on quality living through positive changes in lifestyle, eating habits and the intake of nutraceuticals. His advice would be to avoid ingesting medication as sole treatment, which offers temporary relief with long term side effects.
Having understood the methods and processes of promoting nutraceutical products, Truelifesciences has spread its wings to Singapore – TrueLifesciences Singapore, Vietnam – TrueLifesciences Vietnam and working alongside Nepal Kidney Association on special nutrition for kidney patients. His ultimate accolade would be to take a prominent role as the leading Malaysian nutraceutical company that’s at par with the international supplement brands. Having to expand rapidly within the Asian region, he realized that sincerity and trust is the most precious commodity for growth.
He has also introduced a Community Health magazine called 1twenty80 which is being circulated to most independent pharmacies, clinics and private hospitals, with a mission to share basic information on being healthy, the magazine can also be viewed on-line at www.1twenty-80.com, not wanting to use the word “Health” as the magazine title, his team has creatively coined the magic number of the blood pressure measurement which is 120/80 and assuring that readers would be able to achieve this reading once they follow the health tips from the health experts contributing in the 1twenty80 magazine monthly with a wide readership in Vietnam, Singapore, Nepal and Malaysia.

Story of his career.
Joe P’s initial milestone in 2012 began when he was given the opportunity to create his own Omega 3 Fish Oil brand by a close friend to be sold into the pharmacy’s segment in Malaysia, with sales of only 23 bottles in the 1st month and today TrueLifesciences’ product reaches a wider market namely in Vietnam, Singapore and Nepal. Having launched a large range of products within 6 years, TrueLifesciences is now a product of choice at several exclusive independent pharmacies.
His indefatigable venture, mapped coverage of vast distances, far and wide, from the North to the South, combing most of the pharmacies learning to listen to their concerns and grouses of their customers. In looking back, he is grateful for those initiation years, which contributed to his growth and strength. Persistency brought him through the tumultuous roller coaster of experiences but no less rewarding as he has built a large friendship circle amongst the pharmacists for whom some have become partners in innovation and expansion. His senior management staff who have been with him since inception and still are goes to prove that nurturing and developing people potentials are significant to business growth and success. Joe P hopes to inspire more entrepreneurs to put value into their people more because Success can be achieved only when there is a strong team supporting it.
A Penang born, Joe P received his elementary education at Sacred Heart Primary School in Kota Kinabalu Sabah and went on to complete his secondary education at Penang Free School and Ibrahim School in Sungai Petani, consecutively. During his school years he was an active member of the school & state (Kedah) cricket team – for which he helms the position of Vice President of Kedah Cricket Association for two (2) terms 2008 -2010 and 2010 – 2013.
Tertiary in England offered opportune resilience, perseverance and the development of a sense of accountability. Much to realizing his childhood aspiration of becoming an engineer, life has better plans coupled with a mission in extending service to the community and society at large.
His love for his family especially being the eldest of three pitches his role as the pillar of strength and refuge. He is well respected and loved by the family for his caring and generous nature, always making time for his mother and every member of the family despite his busy schedule. He reminds his siblings that one must make the time not use it as an excuse for what is important in life.
Through his caring nature ingrained since childhood, Joe P holds to the advocacy that life is but a passing journey and one needs to make the best of all blessings by sharing with those in need and the desolate.
