The history of Deleum Group’s participation in the oil and gas industry dates back to year 1982, where its whollyowned subsidiary Deleum Services Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Delcom Services Sdn. Bhd.) established itself as a service company in the Malaysian oil and gas industry. In November 2005, Deleum Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated. Subsequently in 2006, it was converted to a public limited company and assumed its present name of Deleum Berhad. On 1 June 2007, Deleum Berhad, an investment holding company, was listed on the Main Board (now Main Market) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Deleum Berhad is an investment holding company and through its subsidiaries, provides a diverse range of supporting specialised products and services to the oil and gas industry, particularly in the exploration and production sector.

Over the years, Deleum Group’s business venture has made respectable progression from merely agentprincipal relationships to joint ventures, partnerships and self-operated operations. Our success is based on the strong belief of achieving equitable business advantage through its relationships with customers and long-term business partners.

Deleum recognises the right for employees to work in a healthy and safe environment and is committed to the safety, health and welfare of our employees. We continuously strive to embed safety culture in our daily operations. Various Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programmes and activities are carried out within our offices and work sites.

The Group is guided by our HSE slogan “Collective Responsibility towards HSE Excellence” since 2009, which inculcates ownership and collective involvement for every employee to continuously improve HSE performance.

To demonstrate the Management’s commitment to safeguard health and safety, the Group introduced Deleum’s 10 Life Saving Rules which is to be strictly adhered by all our employees and contractors.
