Corporate Overview
Founded in 2013, Aspen Group (AG) started out as a visionary idea. Borne out of the desire to build quality affordable homes with comprehensive facilities to elevate the standard of living, especially among firsttime home buyers. Within 5 years of its inception, the Group has notched an impressive range of milestones, which includes its listing on the Singapore Exchange in July 2017 with a market capital of more than RM600 million.

Dato Murly Manokharan, the founder of AG has successfully and progressively spearheaded breakthrough concepts and created many firsts in the real estate industry. Under his intuitive and dynamic leadership, AG is today a name to be reckoned with, in the local and regional property arena.

Strategic Collaborations
Aspen Vision City (AVC), the Group’s flagship project is a 245-acre freehold mixed development located in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan. A joint-partnership mega project with IKEA Southeast Asia, AVC is slated at a gross development value of over RM10 billion. To date, the Group has launched over RM2.17 billion of properties. Aspen Vision City will feature the first IKEA Store and a state-of the-art regional integrated shopping centre in the Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia.
