Strong, wise and determined, Dato’ Dr. Darren Goh is a well-known entrepreneur among the direct selling elites throughout Malaysia and South-East Asia. Hailed from Perak, Dato’ Dr. Darren Goh was graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education (Honours) from the University of Malaya. Started off working as a teacher early in his career prioritizing in educating the next generation, he soon realized that this career can help prepare young adults to face the working environment, but does not offer significant help in shaping them to achieve success. After going through multiple discussions with capable people in his circle, Dato’ Dr. Darren Goh realized the only answer to that dilemma is by guiding people to achieve success via the enterprise route. After finished assembling a team of talents on December 2000, this ambitious young man embarked on a new journey with the establishment of K-LINK International Sdn Bhd, which has become one of the leading companies in the direct selling industry. As the managing director of the company, Dato’ Dr. Darren Goh does not distance himself and instead gets in touch with his employees regardless of their ranks, this is because he understands that in this modern time, a positive working environment which satisfy employees’ requirements equals greater productivity. “When people feel encouraged, accepted and happy, they become motivated and perform better. At the beginning, Dato’ Dr. Darren Goh set his goals through entrepreneurship, professionalism and branding at a global level. Under his leadership, K-LINK developed into an international company within 2 years. He was also one of the heroes, along with other K-LINK Directors, who has developed and promoted K-System, a sound training system in direct selling which has gained a huge recognition in the industry.

Although started off offering only a few products to its consumers, the company aligned itself to the right track by focusing on producing high quality products. During its maiden month, the company’s sales stood at a modest RM 700,000. However, in less than a year, its monthly sales record exceeded RM 10 million and continue to grow steadily. Today, the monthly global revenue of K-LINK International is estimated at more than RM 45 million with the number of active distributors reaching 1.3 million worldwide.
