Established in 2012, Production Crew Entertainment is a leading Event Production Management & Consultancy agency headquartered in Mumbai. With regional offices in New Delhi, Pune, Goa & Ahmedabad, Production Crew has been involved with large, medium and small format events in India and Abroad.
With its strong network and presence across India, Production Crew works in partnership with international entertainment, media and communication agencies to execute events and activations right from inception to culmination.
Over the last 8 years, Production Crew has earned the reputation of being the “Go To” agency when it comes to event production management. Having successfully managed the ground production for major events like Sunburn, Timeout 72, Global Citizen Festival India, VH1 Supersonic, BudX Mumbai and Enchanted Valley Carnival, Production Crew has broadened its horizons and cemented its position in the Live Entertainment space. In 2015, Production Crew worked as Technical Producers of Disney’s Beauty and The Beast – The Musical, in Mumbai & Delhi & Aladdin in 2018. They were also involved in the ground production for the Cirque Du Soleil show “Bazaar” which was in Mumbai in 2018. Over the last couple of years, Production Crew has worked with international artists like Beyonce, Justin Bieber, A.R.Rahman, Bryan Adams, One Republic, Dream Theatre, Ed Sheeran, Gun N Roses, Swedish House Mafia, Tiesto, Hardwell, Armin Van Burren to name a few. In 2019, they were appointed to execute the entire venue production for Umang 2019, the Annual Mumbai Police Show. The televised event was attended by top-ranking Police Officials, A-List Bollywood Celebrities and notable sports personalities.

Today, Production Crew employs over 30 event production specialists across all offices. What makes the team so strong is the fact that the entire senior management of the company comprises of production heads, group heads and senior production members who have previously held pivotal positions in the event production space. Add to that an eclectic mix of young and talented new generation production professionals and an army of interns waiting to stretch their wings. Under the watchful eyes of their seasoned Founders – Vikas Menon, Vevek Menon, and Dinesh Shetty.
Vikas has over 14 years of diverse experience in events, promotions, visual merchandising and live television shows. He has worked in international projects in Europe and South-East Asia. Besides he was involved in intensive operations planning for event marketing and brand promotional events. With a practical background of on ground brand communication, he has built and developed large teams and provided brand development support. He is well exposed to areas of resource management offering absolute personal involvement with clients and is recognised as an exceptional troubleshooter with excellent team building and project management abilities.
Over the last decade, Vevek has lead the planning and execution of various corporate events, launches, auditions, signature events, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, road shows, and parties. He has expertise in all aspects of an event from anticipating and fulfilling a range of client needs. He is also well exposed to areas of resource management and corporate client management.
Dinesh has 10 years of divergent experience in event launches, awards functions, live television shows, concerts, press conferences and promotions. He is recognised as a great executor of the toughest events and has worked internationally for many clients. Dinesh is a man who knows the solution to every dilemma of the event, and is praised for his hardwork and dedication by clients.
