The Executive Centre view themselves as a meaningful partner to help Members succeed by offering much more than simply a place to work. TEC deliver exceptionally designed office spaces, flexibility, cost effectiveness, best-in-class design and a vibrant community of like-minded professionals. As the leading premium serviced office provider, TEC looks after their Members’ businesses as if they were their own, celebrating Members’ success as their own success.

TEC’s Member base is composed of leading companies from the financial services, technology and corporate sectors. Their commitment to Members is reflected in their assertion “Your Space for Success”. The heart and soul of TEC are its Engagement Team, a group of highly trained concierge personnel who provide local knowledge and business support to Members.

To this day TEC’s Members remain at the core of the business and that ethos hasn’t changed in over 20 years of operation. As a result, The Executive Centre’s average tenancy is 28 months (despite an average contract of 12 months) and continues to rise. With an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 70, TEC ranks exceptionally highly in terms of customer loyalty and satisfaction. TEC is headquartered in Hong Kong with regional teams embedded in each city and each centre. Their expansion is studied and is responsive to the needs of their growing community. TEC maintain a commitment to growing with their membership and this considered strategy has ensured longstanding relationships with both landlords and Members, in addition to exceptional occupancy rates across the network.

Innovation remains a priority for The Executive Centre as they seek to continue to distinguish themselves in the industry. This is achieved through ongoing partnerships with design collaborators to produce truly exceptional spaces that offer ergonomic and aesthetically transformative spaces.

The global headquarters of The Executive Centre is a creative hub in Hong Kong that acts as a testing ground for new technologies and products. The space is thoughtfully designed as a segmented open plan workspace and encourages cross-discipline collaboration. This is achieved via a smart layout that optimises different kinds of work environments, integrating technology to encourage productivity and wellbeing. Daily lunches have been successfully established and allow teams and individuals to socialise and get to know one another, encouraging more open and easy communication at work. Employees have access to multiple fitness sessions throughout the week with personal trainers and small group classes. The business also offers sessions with an in-house certified coach to assist with professional development and optimum work quality.

TEC maintains an openminded philosophy to work, all ideas are welcomed and employees are encouraged to think creatively about solutions beyond their particular department and expertise. Collaboration is a hallmark of the work experience and an entrepreneurial spirit supports the undertaking of ambitious projects. Given the network of centres, the team have the ability to work flexibly at a time and place that best suits them. The expectation is not to conform, but to create, innovate and problem solve.

TEC maintain plans to grow further and faster with sights set on multiple new markets in the next five years, following a sustained average growth rate of 20% in 2018 alone. Technology will be an important touch point for the TEC going forward. This includes data-informed in-centre community programming that leverages the global network and provides a platform for Members to seamlessly connect with each other. This will be supported by a digital system that links directly to backend and communication channels, a Member centre that holds both operational and account information, as well as the ability to search the entire network for likeminded individuals using multiple variables. All in all, TEC is excited to continue to play a meaningful role in the continued evolution of the flexible workspace industry.
