Covid-19 prevented DAFC from holding annual sales events. However, in December 2021, 2 big-sale events were immediately held at Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. This was a quick reaction of DAFC to push sales to recover the loss.

Besides, the new MD officially appointed in Oct 2021 comes with remarkable changes, especially in the incentive policies for the Sales team with the very attractive new spiff scheme. All achievements have proved significantly DAFC ‘s strength to overcome any obstacles and difficulties.

In recent years, DAFC has seen significant growth in sales and EBT as a result of several strategic marketing initiatives and consistently excellent customer service. Sales in 2022 were up 59% compared to 2016 while EBIT increased by 233%. To achieve sustainable growth, DAFC plans to maintain and develop key long-term priorities, which include improving living standards, facilitating urbanization, pioneering luxury retail, and educating retail professionals. Along with these core values, DAFC has implemented a variety of philanthropic activities as a dynamic way to engage employees and give back to the community at large.

DAFC's approach to sustainable growth is founded around three pillars, namely Talent Acquisition & Development, Organizational Health, Fashionable Working Environment.
