Cocoon commits to using ingredients of clear origin and safe for the skin. All ingredients in the products have documents proving their origin from domestic and foreign raw material suppliers. All cosmetic products before being put on the market are studied for 12 to 24 months, tested to pass tests for microbiology, pH, stability over time, temperature, and irritation, and must fully meet the regulations and circulation on the market according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam. Its products are formulated without ingredients such as parabens, formaldehyde, phthalates, hydroquinone, triclosan, etc. It bans hundreds of hazardous ingredients and regularly updates this list according to the standards of the Vietnamese Ministry of Health.

Cocoon commits to producing 100% vegan products. It does not use ingredients derived from animals commonly found in cosmetics such as honey, beeswax, sheep wool fat, sheep placenta, snail fluid, shark liver oil, silk, etc. Instead, it uses and maximizes the potential of active ingredients, extracted from plants without the support of materials of animal origin. Cocoon cosmetic formulations are researched and tested using laboratory tests (in-Vitro test) or on volunteers (in-Vitro test). Concurrently, the raw material suppliers also go hand in hand and promise that they also do not test on animals during the research and production of that material. It does not perform tests on animals such as rabbits, mice, and fertilized egg yolks because of humanity and undying promises to customers and the community.
