Pham Minh Thien - CEO of Cỏ May Group - is a sincere entrepreneur associated with kindness. He is the second generation to inherit the Co May brand from his father - Pham Van Ben, the founder of the company - continuing the dream of helping Vietnamese farmers by using their own resources.

In 2014, Pham Minh Thien graduated from university in Singapore. He then returned to Vietnam with a burning desire to affirm Vietnam's agricultural products in the international market. Through all efforts and development over the years, the young general director has achieved remarkable achievements, helping Co May to attain a strong position in the domestic and foreign markets.

He is also known as the "Heir of Kindness" when he built the Co May dormitory, which is worth more than VND 40 billion and fulfilled his father's wish to help disadvantaged students. He believes that an entrepreneur's obligation is not only to grow the business but also be responsible for society.

Since taking over the business from his father, he has helped the company achieve many noble titles such as the Vietnamese High-Quality Goods Award, Vietnam Gold Star Award 2015, Vietnam Seafood Gold Cup, etc. Simultaneously, he also developed and expanded the group as the founder of Co May Essential - a member of Co May Group. He built an Aquatic Feed Plant in 2016 to form a closed production chain from materials to products and consumption. Seafood processing products have been exported to markets in South America, the Middle East, Australia, Europe, China and other Asian countries such as Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.

He founded Co May Automation in 2018. In addition, Thien continues starting a business with Co May Bach Hoa. He had the ambition to create an ecosystem specialising in supplying flowers (mainly roses), vegetables and other value-added products such as rose essential oil, pharmaceutical cosmetics from roses to the whole region using Israeli technology. He came up with the idea to combine these products with local tourism to create a brand for Sa Dec flowers with flower festivals, flower cuisine, etc.

Thanks to the continuous business expansion, Co May has brought in VND 4,000 billion in annual sales, which was double of the company’s sales during his father's time. The successes achieved now are a result of past failures, and Pham Minh Thien said: "It is better to be bruised and bruised at the beginning, but slowly growing up will be sure and sustainable”.
