Founded in 2011, Pharmacity operates over 600 stores in 18 out of 63 provinces, three centralised distribution centres and a fully integrated logistics network with 4,000 skilled employees (of which over 70% are pharmacists).

Pharmacity's stores offer a large and diverse range of pharmaceuticals in addition to personal care products, vitamins and supplements with nearly 7,000 products available from trusted suppliers at competitive prices.

The company opened its first store in 2011. At the time, the country was developing rapidly and regulations kept evolving. It was both an exciting and challenging time to start a business in Vietnam.

Ten years later, Pharmacity is now operating more than 600 stores. Customers are at the heart of everything it does, and Pharmacity has made a great effort to serve all consumer requests as well as keep its commitment to providing quality products at affordable prices.

Its business is technology-integrated, and moving towards digital transformation is a key focus for the company. Pharmacity is always looking to launch market-leading technology to apply to its operations and working processes which aim to enhance productivity, creativity, efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

Moreover, giving back to local communities is part of Pharmacity’s DNA. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has made numerous donations to hospitals that needed critical supplies. Future Direction
Looking forward, Pharmacity will continue its expansion plans to help provide better access to healthcare for all Vietnamese. Pharmacity plans to open 5,000 stores in Vietnam by 2025, enabling 50% of the population access to a Pharmacity store within a ten-minute drive.
