Frasers Property is a multi-national developer-owner-operator of real estate products and services across the property value chain. As a listed company on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST), the group has total assets of approximately SGD 39.2 billion as of 31 March 2021. Frasers Property is also the sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs) and one stapled trust listed on the SGX-ST. In addition, the group has two REITs listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

In Vietnam, its signature developments include Melinh Point—a Grade A boutique office building in Ho Chi Minh City’s commercial District 1; Q2 Thao Dien—a luxury mixed-use development in District 2, now known as Thu Duc City; and Binh Duong Industrial Park—a modern, dynamic and sustainable industrial park strategically placed in Binh Duong province.
