In November 1991, Exact Co.,Ltd was founded by Takonkiat Virawan to carry out contract productions of drama series, sitcoms, and variety shows. In 2013, the Thai law required a change to the “Digital TV Era” and The One Enterprise Co., Ltd was born as GMM GRAMMY under the name of GMM HD Digital TV Trading Co., Ltd. and led by the management and employees from Exact Co.,Ltd, experienced veterans in content production joining together under "The One Enterprise Co., Ltd." group to raise the bar in the production of drama series and television programs. The digital TV channel One 31 was licensed to use the spectrum to provide general high definition (HD) national business services digital television. Later in 2016, the company underwent a major shareholder restructuring, with Prananphon Co.,Ltd becoming a major shareholder, to increase the amount of registered capital and financially strengthen The One Enterprise Co.,Ltd group. In late 2020, it acquired GMM CHANNEL HOLDING to expand the content production business and take responsibility for marketing for channel GMM 25. Currently, the company continues to operate a comprehensive media and entertainment business, from being a program creator and producer (Content Creator) to ownership of complete distribution channels, both offline and online, through the operation of its companies. It is a monumental joining of forces of leaders in professional program production, all of whom bring different experiences, modern production quality, and responsiveness to audience tastes, delivering happiness to Thai audiences and the world stage.
Achievements & Impact
ONEE is already in the stock market and has approximately 1,200 employees and 7-8 offices and also owns a studio and the copyright which the company produces and owns the programs by granting the distribution rights to those who wish to distribute them on their own channels. It has 2 types of distribution channels. The first type of distribution is done through online channels that ONEE manages such as its YouTube and Facebook accounts. The second type of distribution is done through online channels managed by other service providers in Thailand, such as Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, iQIYI, WeTV, Viu, LINE TV, TRUE ID, and AIS Play.

ONEE also owns the OTT platform ONE D application. As of 2021, ONEE broadcasts programs covering all 10 countries in the Southeast Asian Nations and other regions such as China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Spain, as well as countries in North America, South America, and Africa.

The ONEE has adopted sustainability issues in line with all 17 United Nations goals in the development of integrating and participating in the sustainability of economic dimension, society, and environment.
