It officially entered into a Concession Agreement with the Ministry of Health Malaysia on March 11, 2015, to provide Hospital Support Services in Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan for ten years, starting from April 1, 2015. Its services include Facility Management Services, Facility Engineering Maintenance Services, Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services, Cleansing Services, Linen & Laundry Services, and Healthcare Waste Management Services. Since its inception, Sedafiat Sdn. Bhd. has consistently shown a strong commitment to excellence, delivering quality support services to all 26 government hospitals in the region.
