Kabinet Privé’s omnichannel strategy is to be a one-stop-shop solutions to buy and sell luxury handbags, watches and high-end jewelry through its online platform www.kabinetprive.com. The company provides secure online payments with comprehensive fraud prevention mechanism and abides by AML regulations for proper KYC.

The company opened its first Kabinet Privé Boutique in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur in 2016. In November 2017, the boutique was moved to The St Regis Kuala Lumpur.

Offline sales in Singapore was launched in Mandarin Gallery Singapore. The Hong Kong operation was set up in 2018. Kabinet Privé Concierge serves HNWIs and corporate clients around the world (active clients from 20 countries). Kabinet Privé has operations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur as well as partnerships with American Express and DBS and auction houses, Christie’s and Sothebys.

Kabinet Privé has achieved consistent growth in revenue since 2017. It has successfully managed its operation office and physical boutiques as well as retained all its staff (zero turnover) during the Covid-19 pandemic. Since 2018, 800 bags (normal leather + exotic leather) have been transacted with total transacted value of RM170 million. Kabinet Privé has shipped and delivered the bags to more than 30 countries since inception.
