A good work practice enables high speed of converting from raw materials to finished goods, eventually the projects will finish earlier. Thus, the company emphasizes the accurate information and updated construction drawing obtain from valuable customer. These enable its production to run within the schedule and delivery without any hitches.
Site discussion and workshop meeting are part of work practice emphasis in Khean Seng Engineering, Throughout the manufacturing process, its workshop keeps updating the company with the latest information from site, consultant or valuable customer. To minimize the discrepancies between civil and steel structure joint, shop drawings will be provided for approval thus avoiding delays to schedules. With the leadership of the new director (Mr. Yeoh Ee Seong) on board , KSE has invested nearly 10 million on new technologies and machineries in 2020 and 2021 to improve the company competency and standard.

KSE is having 45 permanent staffs up to year 2022 and 200 foreigner workers currently due to the expansion of the projects and market growth this year and the turnover achieved 130 millions leading by its new director Mr Yeoh Ee Seong. With all these quality control procedures, KSE won many accreditations from local and multinational customers in highspeed production and excellent quality structured fabricated.
Future Direction
With over 160,000 square feet of fully covered production area, KSE is able to maximize its production output; producing 1200 metric tons of structural steel per month depending on the building design. KSE has purchased the adjacent piece of land to expand the factory and planning listed on 2023/2024, the company will continue to employ advanced and sophisticated equipment to better serve its customers.
