Mr. Chanin Vanijwongse is the CEO of Habitat Group Co., Ltd., one of the leading premium property-for-investment developers in Thailand. Mr. Chanin first entered the property industry in 2004 as a private investor. His first investment was the purchase of 80 Luxury condominiums and townhouses, which yielded a total revenue of more than 500 million baht within seven years.

With his experience and success in property investment, as well as his in-depth understanding of client needs, Mr. Chanin decided to move from being an individual investor to become a developer, founding Habitat Group in 2012. His very first own property development was in Pattaya. With his desire to create something unique and an investment that would deliver returns to buyers, Mr. Chanin invested in developing The Ville Jomtien Pool Villa – a collection of pool villas which sold out within two years, and were offered for rent, delivering a healthy ROI for investment buyers.

Following the success of The Ville Jomtien Pool Villa, Habitat Group has since launched five condominium projects for investment in the Pattaya area, including X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaphere, X2 Pattaya Oceanphere, BW Premier Bayphere, Bluphere Pattaya Managed By BW Premier Collection and Wyndham Atlas Wongamat Pattaya. As of today, all are nearly sold out.

Mr. Chanin extended his development sphere to Bangkok in 2017 with the launch of the super-luxury residence Leroy Ruamrudee, and the company’s first low-rise luxury condominium in the CBD, Walden Asoke. Leroy Ruamrudee has already sold out while Walden Asoke has booked 90% sales.

In 2018, Mr. Chanin will launch three new condominium developments, Walden Sukhumvit 39 (which was launched in September 2018), Walden Sukhumvit 31 and a hotel branded condominium-for-investment in Pattaya.
