Latest growth of MB:
As of December 31st 2019, MB has 15,691 employees an increase of 8.9% compared to 2018 with branches in Ho Chi Minh City and some branches overseas. In the third quarter, MB achieved over 290 million USD of y / y in net income from operating activities, increasingly by 6.1% compared to the same period last year. Profit before tax record over 129 million USD, increasing by 10% compared to the same period last year. The number of active users on App MBBank reached 2.2 million. The rate of transaction through electronic channels reached 80%. During a few days in June 2020, App MBBank reached top 1 of the most downloaded app in Vietnam's Apps store, surpassing many other popular names such as Facebook or Tiktok

Strategy to achieve sustainable development is to enhance digital transformation, ceaselessly improve two key apps, including app MBBank (for retailer customers) and Biz MBBank (for business customers) and promote green credit, creating favourable conditions for eco-enterprises

Future Direction
MB will continue to promote its products and services in the way that enhance online banking and digital transformation.
