They started the business six years ago with the vision of creating fun, quality eyewear for the younger market. They loved the idea of stylish sunglasses without the luxury mark up. By bridging the gap between the demand for well-made products at a price that feels right, their proof of concept was the early success of Sunnies Studios. Now, great design + accessibility is at the core of everything they do at Sunnies Studios.

Sunnies Studios is in the business of addressing “wants”. As a lifestyle-focused company, their brands provide solutions to different passion points in beauty, hospitality, and fashion without breaking the bank, they understand that there are aspects of this lifestyle that is so desirable for the target market. They are committed to delivering high quality products and top-notch customer service to their market without the luxury mark up or the inaccessibility of having to go to boutiques in major metropolitan cities. At 100 stores, they believe that they are working towards their goal of making their brands under Sunnies Studios available to Filipinos everywhere who would like to experience their products. In addition, they are expanding their efforts on digital to serve even more Filipinos here and abroad.

It’s very important to them that all of their initiatives are felt across internal operations touch point and consumerfacing activities. They believe that in order to be an effective retailer, a great experience must follow the customer at every stage of their shopping journey. What a customer will experience at the store level is reflected in their experience online. Each part of the experience is treated with the same level of customer service and every step is taken to ensure that even in dispute, the customer leaves satisfied.

In 6 years, the Company have grown the Sunnies team to 800 individuals supporting 140 stores nationwide and 3 stores in Vietnam.

Locally, Sunnies Studios will continue to aggressively expand the business across all brands by efficiently opening in strategic locations. 2020 onwards is focused on international and global expansion entering more markets such as USA, Australia, China, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Middle East.
