ACM Landholdings, Inc. specializes in building high-quality, affordable homes and creating holistic, human-centered communities. Spearheaded by highly qualified professionals, ACM is dedicated to ensuring that each home, community, or service for both customers and partners, is consistently top notch. ACM’s quality management system and discipline as an organization conforms to international standards and has
been ISO 9001:2015 certified. Throughout its twenty-seven years, ACM has endeavoured to provide buyers with homes and communities that exceed expectations and surpass industry norms. During its early years, ACM catered mostly to the low-cost housing segment but as more Filipinos set their sights abroad for employment, ACM advanced to develop medium-cost housing units. Since it started, ACM chose to focus its resources investing in property developments and land acquisitions outside Metro Manila, mostly in Cavite and Batangas in Southern Luzon.
When more developers and the “big players” started to enter the low to medium end housing market, ACM decided to adopt a more focused and targeted marketing strategy to create a niche of its own. ACM positioned itself as the ideal corporate housing solutions partner for companies that recognized the merit and importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in business. ACM research showed that a company’s CSR program starts from within. ACM advocated that providing valued employees with the opportunity to acquire their own homes and live together in communities custom-built by ACM to suit the CSR programs of a partner company should be good for both benefactor
and beneficiary. One successful CSR partnership is ACM’s alliance with Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. one of the largest crewing management companies in the country. This marketing strategy has led to two more CSR partnerships, one with Wacoal Philippines and another with Ventis Corporation.
To date, ACM has developed 25 projects and currently working on 5 ongoing projects in different locations in Cavite, Batangas and Iloilo that accounts ACM’s portfolio of inventory to more than 12,000 housing units. ACM is launching its expansion projects, Salas Real Phase 2 and
PTC Suncrest, in Q4 2019 and will soon introduce its first residential developments in new territories in Baliuag, Bulacan and Trece Martires, Cavite.
ACM’s vision; “We create a lifetime of pride and joy for Filipinos by helping them realize their dream of having a home to call their own.”
ACM’s mission is to help Filipinos own their dream home and live happy, dignified lives in a community that fosters integrity, promotes decency and develops camaraderie. ACM’s entire organization is fully equipped, trained and committed to help deserving Filipinos fulfil this dream. ACM’s relationships with its buyers is an enduring commitment to make certain that every homeowner is a satisfied member of the ACM community.

To help address the housing backlog in the Philippines, ACM is acquiring parcels of land to develop guided by the demographic growth, geographic requirements, key government infrastructure developments and preferences of its market. ACM seeks to build relationships with local banks, relevant agencies and international companies to supplement its expansion plans.
ACM plans to venture into adjacent businesses such as setting up a trading company, property management, construction and others to control project costs and better maintain its communities. ACM also looks into acquiring better building technologies to enhance construction methodologies. ACM targets obtaining the BERDE Certification under the Philippine Green Building Council for future projects and the
Certification for Business Continuity Management ISO 22301.
