Accomplishing diverse missions usually takes different skills and cross-departmental collaboration. Therefore, Wishing-Soft divides their team members into groups. During the working process, the group members share their suggestions with each other to make sure that everyone is improving and well-aware of his/her strengths. Also, the leaders give positive feedback to and reward their groups members. By the way Wishing-Soft works, from entrance to advanced level, the employees upgrade themselves when the missions are completed.
As for activities, Wishing-Soft holds free ESH workshops and summit to provide the attendees with an opportunity of exchanging their ESH experience. At the same time, the ESH consultants and experts are invited to share their knowledge, so the attendees would have their problems solve or find out a better solution!
To create a healthy and interactive working environment, Wishing-Soft provides free annual health checks, company dinner banquet, and trip overseas for the employees. Besides, everybody is encouraged to take 5-day voluntary leave annually. In the future, Wishing-

With rapid development and an annual turnover in excess of US$253.000, Wishing-Soft hasn’t forgotten to put its core values and knowledge into practice.
