The space is thoughtfully designed as a segmented open plan workspace and encourages cross-discipline collaboration. This is achieved via a smart layout that optimises different kinds of work environments, integrating technology to encourage productivity and wellbeing. Daily lunches have been successfully established and allow teams and individuals to socialise and get to know one another, encouraging more open and easy communication at work. Employees have access to multiple fitness sessions throughout the week with personal trainers and small group classes. The business also offers sessions with an in-house certified coach to assist with professional development and optimum work quality.
