APEA
The prestigious Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) is a Regional Award Recognition programme recognising entrepreneurial excellence. APEA aims to band leading entrepreneurs and organisations across Asia to spur greater innovation, fair practices and growth in entrepreneurship, creating a successful entrepreneurial ecosystem which will then shape Asia to sustainable economic and social growth.
APEA honours business leaders and organisations who have shown outstanding performance and tenacity in developing successful businesses, whilst not neglecting the social responsibilities that come with leadership.

Enterprise Asia believes in providing a platform, due recognition and publicity to Asia’s leading entrepreneurs and organisations to promote sustainable leadership, innovation and responsible entrepreneurship. Building on the success and strength of the programmes across 36 countries and markets, Enterprise Asia will continue to expand its reach in the following countries to create a holistic platform for fellow alumni to build connections, share ideas and play a part in building an Asia that is rich in entrepreneurship.

The EA.gle Framework is the proprietary model developed through years of research and real-life input from top entrepreneurs and leading businesses. AWARD CATEGORIES
ENTREPRENEUR OF
THE YEAR AWARD
An entrepreneur who have shown exceptional leadership and are the captains of their respective industries. Going beyond building businesses, recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award must have shown demonstrated stewardship of his or her industry, while championing the growth and sustainability of the community, market and country.
Criteria: Strictly by-invitation only, only one winner will be accorded for each industry in each market. Recipients would likely to be in continued leadership of a registered business for no less than 5 years, with a minimum annual turnover of USD 50 million (manufacturing/trading/real estate) / USD 30 million (services/agriculture/technology); on top of all other criteria defined and determined by Enterprise Asia.
MASTER
ENTREPRENEUR AWARD
Awarded to outstanding entrepreneurs who have demonstrated entrepreneurial attributes that serve as role models for emerging entrepreneurs, including the tenacity and perseverance to continue innovating. These individuals continue to provide the vision and direction to their companies.
Criteria: Nominees must be in continued leadership of a registered business for no less than 2 years, with a minimum annual turnover of USD 5 million (manufacturing/trading/real estate) / USD 3 million (services/agriculture/technology).
FAST ENTERPRISE
AWARD
Awarded to enterprises that have demonstrated rapid growth, in terms of revenue, market share, user base, profit and/or brand recognition.
Criteria: Nominees must be a registered business with a minimum operating period of one year and annual turnover of USD 2 million.
INSPIRATIONAL
BRAND AWARD
Awarded to brands that are both inspired and inspiring. These are transformational brands that seek to promote goodness, wellness and/or sustainability – the ‘heroes’ within the brand universe.
Criteria: Nominees must be market-ready brands with measurable metrics in any product or services category.
CORPORATE
EXCELLENCE AWARD
Awarded to organisations that have demonstrated effective talent mobilisation and organisational capability to deliver consistent business results; while remaining aligned to the organisation’s purpose.
Criteria: Nominees must be in operations for no less than 2 years.
