DUYTAN RECYCLING

Information about the Company & Brand
Known as a Zero Waste Factory, DUYTAN Recycling is currently the first factory in Vietnam to successfully apply the "Bottle-to-Bottle" recycling technology model wherein each used plastic bottle will be recycled into plastic pellets, creating a closed-loop for plastic bottles, reducing the use of fossil fuels.

DUYTAN Recycling’s vision is to become one of the leading plastic recycling companies in Southeast Asia and in the world while its mission is to contribute to the reduction of plastic waste pollution in Vietnam.

In 2022, DUYTAN Recycling processed over 1.3 billion domestically collected plastic bottles, supplying raw materials to major FMCG partners in Vietnam and exporting 4,200 tons of plastic pellets to 12 countries, including the U.S. and Europe. The factory operates under the “THREE-NO” criteria—Zero Waste, Zero Emissions, and Zero Waste Water—promoting environmentally friendly production and energy reuse.

Over the years, the company’s goal has always been to create a better world with the most practical actions. Its objectives are to minimize harm to the environment; work side by side with staff and partners, and support local communities to develop together.

Therefore, each product created by DUYTAN Recycling carries the mission of contributing to the people and the community. When customers choose to use DUYTAN Recycling’s products, they are a companion in bringing more positive values to this life.

Brand Elements
Vietnam consumes about 3.9 million tons of PET, LDPE, HDPE, and PP plastic each year, but only about 1.28 million tons (33%) are recycled. This data shows that there is still great potential to develop the plastic recycling market.

DUYTAN Recycling has established a strong position in the industry by applying the Bottles-to-Bottles recycling technology, an advanced technology that not only helps reduce the waste of fossil materials but also promotes the development of the plastic recycling industry in Vietnam.

As a proud Vietnamese enterprise with domestic owners, DUYTAN Recycling is not only targeting expansion in the domestic market, but it also has a vision for international outreach. The main goal is to transform the DUYTAN Recycling brand into a symbol representing Vietnam's recycling industry with an international outreach.

DUYTAN Recycling is proud to be the first enterprise to produce recycled plastic resins, exclusively supplying to big brands such as Unilever, Suntory, Pepsico, Coca-Cola, and many more. In addition, the company's strength is the export market, with a proportion of 60% of revenue. While recycled products are not popular in Vietnam, DUYTAN Recycling is constantly developing its sales network both domestically and internationally, especially in European countries.
