Chairman Lu established MIKOBEAUTÉ in 2002 and launched his first premium luxury skincare brand “envie de neuf” (EDN). At that time, the beauty sections in department stores were all dominated by Japanese and Western makeup brands. He drew upon the resilience he had as a child from the countryside and, hand in hand with Vice Chairman Miko Lu, they gradually explored the business environment and built up the foundation.
