Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Tracodi) was established on October 30, 1990, it was formerly known as Transport Investment and Development Corporation (Tracodi) – a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Transport and Post. With innovation, the company has transformed and began officially operating as a joint stock company with 100% private capital on April 24, 2015. In May 2017, Tracodi was officially listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange with the stock code TCD.

The company has a vision of becoming one of the leading general contractors in Vietnam in the fields of civil construction, industrial construction, and infrastructure construction. Tracodi intends to assert its brand in the market, creating ongoing benefits and value for shareholders, customers, and society as a whole.
