From a small workshop with 20 employees in District 6 (HCMC), Biti’s is now selling over 1 million pairs of shoes per month. As of 2022, the company has 5 factories, 6 business branches, 200+ direct retail stores, 800+ nationwide distribution channels, and an average of 9,000 employees. In addition, Biti’s has also expanded its business to the hospitality and real estate industries, with the desire to embrace every moment of customers’ lives.
When Covid-19 struck, half of Biti's stores nationwide had to close, and the factory operated at only 40% capacity. However, the Biti's community remained peaceful, united, and supportive, gradually overcoming challenges without leaving anyone behind. As a result, the total 2022 sales revenue reached USD 194 million, which is 18% higher than the year of 2019. In the first half of 2023, Biti’s experienced a growth of 14% in domestic sales and 4% in general compared to the same period last year.
Moreover, the brand has received numerous accolades and recognition for its contributions to the industry. It has been honored with prestigious awards for exceptional product quality, brand innovation, as well as sustainability practices.
