With the adoption of Google Workspace, manual processes such as meeting rooms and company vehicle bookings are now automated from staff’s smartphones. Staff daily attendance and Human Resource related works are monitored online through Infotech System. In the new office, bigger individual working space areas for every staff member are provided, to ensure a better working environment and workplace. Complete and excellent training rooms with audio and visual aids have been built for staffs’ continuous productivity improvement. Fabrication and workshop facilities space is enough to cater medium size of project value.
TMM also adopted cost saving measures for staff which also contributes to an eco-friendly, efficient environment and smart office. Last but not least, TMM uplifted its brand by ensuring more exposure with the industry players. All networking and exhibition events such as OGA and OTC are attended. TMM just recently became a member of the UK’s Energy Industry Council (EIC).
In 2021, TMM completed a flood air mission to Kuantan, Pahang where the company distributed food packs and cleaned flood victim housing areas. For Ramadhan this year, TMM distributed goods packs to Asnaf Group. TMM has been a longtime contributor to Yayasan Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, Dialysis Centers and Oldfolks homes in a yearly basis. TMM also contributed to local communities such as schools and organizations with multiple donations and programs such as beach cleaning towards having a better living within the community. Staffs’ children with excellent academic achievements will receive a contribution from the company itself.

In 1994, TMM started with only 1 staff and expanded to over hundred employees. It relocated from a cabin-type office which can only accommodate 20 staff members at one time, to a new double storey permanent office building with 100 staff occupancy rates in Labohan, Kerteh.
From an annual revenue of RM1 million in its first year, TMM is now reaping multi million ringgit revenue every year, with the highest record of RM98 Million in 2020. TMM has added 3 more branch offices across the country which are in Kuala Lumpur, Miri and Pengerang.TMM also has working experience outside of the country which is in Sudan, Turkmenistan and Brunei.
Backed by its long-time of experiences and track record, TMM can secure multiple contracts with clients and a series of service contracts, mainly with Petronas. From 2 core services which are hot tapping and pipeline rehabilitation and maintenance work, TMM has diversified its services to new energy sectors such as LNG, hydrogen and solar systems. Additionally, to ensure smooth and efficient work operations, TMM has purchased over 20 units of 4x4 vehicles and heavy machinery to improve the operation.
Conventionally, to perform pipeline repair and maintenance works, the pipeline has to be shutdown with a multi-million ringgit of cost to be absorbed. However, TMM can ensure no production loss and zero downtime by offering its state-of-the-art pipeline hot tapping services. TMM is now aggressively expanding its major services especially in the New Energy business such as Solar, LNG and Hydrogen.
