Information about the Company
Established in 1992 and formerly known as Thanh Nhon Trading Company Limited, NovaGroup has operated in the field of manufacturing and trading of veterinary and aquatic medicines as well as building villas for rent.
In 2007, the group restructured and consolidated its subsidiaries into Anova Corporation, operating in animal feed, farm, veterinary medicine, vaccines, and advancing towards establishing a value chain providing high-quality nutritious food; and Novaland Group, active in real estate with the mission of “creating community, building destinations, and cultivating happiness”.
In 2020, NovaGroup further restructured its strategy to become an economic group based on three key members: Novaland, Nova Service, and Nova Consumer, operating in real estate, trade and services, and agriculture and consumer goods. With these pillars, NovaGroup has gradually perfected its ecosystem to serve customers and the community through a complete, high-quality value chain.
In 2021, NovaGroup continued to restructure to become an economic investment and development group including 8 members: Novaland, Nova Service, Nova Consumer, Nova Tech, Nova Capital Partners, Nova Logistic, Nova Industry, Nova Finance.
NovaGroup’s Vision is to become Vietnam's leading economic investment and development group operating in Services, Technology, and Industry. NovaGroup aims to connect the Vietnamese business community with the same ambition to reach out to the world. Its corporate values comprise Efficiency, Integrity, and Professionalism.
Company Culture & Company Activities
Besides maintaining efficient business operations, NovaGroup takes good care of its employees. It has also been carrying out numerous corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities for the community, such as building schools and bridges in border areas, sponsoring the Development Fund of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City, donating houses of gratitude, building community cultural centres, organising waste clearance campaigns, implementing the “Clean Water for Schools” programme for 346 schools at all levels, and taking care of disadvantaged families during the Lunar New Year holiday.
Since the early days of the COVID-19 outbreak, NovaGroup’s employees and leaders have worked together to fight the pandemic through many urgent actions. Specifically, the group has donated ambulances and specialised medical equipment such as continuous dialysis machines, ventilators, isolation rooms, and PCR testing machines, among others.
NovaGroup is confident in bringing jobs and income to hundreds of thousands of employees in the provinces and cities where the group invests and develops projects. It will bring more than a million homes to people; create many of the world’s leading tourism destinations, contribute to activating the local economy, and accompany the government in the fight against COVID-19.
