Having dominated the domestic market with a system of gold bars trading and diamond and jewellery distribution across Vietnam, the DOJI brand is making inroads in the expansion of its customer base through its prestigious brand and product quality. Corporate Culture
Besides developing its business, DOJI has made a substantial contribution to the development and prosperity of the community through actively participating in corporate social activities such as sponsoring 20 scholarships worth 160 million VND for students of the National Economics University in 2009. The Company also supports the Learning Promotion Fund with 400 million VND. The biggest contribution of VND 1 billion was to build a school in Da Bac, Hoa Binh in 2019.
DOJI has also been actively participating annually in various humanitarian activities such as medical expenditure for paediatric patients and senior patients with leprosy in Qua Cam Leprosy Camp (Bac Ninh).

DOJI Gold & Gems Group comprises 12 subsidiaries operating under the model of parent-subsidiary companies, 5 associated companies, 50 branches, 200 centres and stores spreading across the country, with over 400 agencies and sales offices, creating a product distribution system throughout Vietnam. Equity of the DOJI Group is 5,000 billion VND with total assets of 12,680 billion VND and a total staff of 3,000 employees. DOJI is ranked Top 5/500 Vietnam's largest private enterprises for a decade from 2010 to 2020, including as number one amongst Vietnam's largest private enterprises from 2012 to 2014. The Company was awarded multiple awards such as the Third-class Labour Order of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (2011), Second-class Labour Order of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (2014) and First-class Labour Order of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (2019) currently ranked 17 among 500 Vietnam’s Largest Businesses.
Future Direction
DOJI Group aims to be the biggest gold and jewellery group in Vietnam by 2025 and the biggest diamond distributor. It also targets to have a regional jewellery factory with 1000 workers and an annual output of two million jewellery products and one million carats of gems a year. By 2025, the Group aims to have 350 centres and shops in 63 provinces and cities throughout Vietnam generating products with an export value of at least USD100 million a year. DOJI also hopes to establish centres in some countries in the Pacific region. In addition, DOJI plans to increase sales to 100,000 billion VND (4 billion USD) and to be listed on the Stock Exchange Market and to expand its workforce to 10,000.
